Balloon Press — Doors & Cabinets
MDF doors and kitchen cabinets pressed on a membrane (balloon) press, giving a flat, durable surface that lasts for years.
In the balloon press process, PVC foil is bonded to routed MDF with heat and air pressure, leaving no gaps and producing a single continuous surface.
Every colour and finish is available: matt, gloss, wood-grain, or a custom colour to your specification.
Used for kitchens, wardrobes, room doors and wall panelling.
